宁夏电网调度运行管理系统深化应用的研究

摘　　要：针对在用的电网调度运行管理系统(Operation Management System,OMS)不适应专业管理的问题,基于IEC 61970标准和一体化设计原则,采用先进的JAVA技术及API接口方式,对OMS软件平台进行了二次开发,从而实现了OMS系统的业务集成、信息共享、内控管理。研究及应用结果表明:该项目的完成实现了调度管理的标准化、规范化、流程化,同时为调度管理水平的不断提升提供了强有力的技术支撑。Aiming at the problems of the power grid dispatching Operation Management System（OMS） not adapted to the professional management,based on the IEC 61970 standard and integrated design principle,adopts advanced JAVA technolgy and API interface mode,makes secondary development design for OMS software platform,realizes the business integration,informatin share and internal control management of OMS system,the result of research and application shows that the research item realized dispatching management standardization,simultaneously provides powerful technology support for upgrade of dispatching management level.
