摘 要:针对静刀式纸浆浓度变送器的流速补偿问题,建立了纸浆流速、纸浆动力粘度与剪应力之间的数学模型。在数学模型的基础上,提出了通过光学相关方法测量出纸浆流体的流速,再利用单片机根据纸浆流速与剪应力计算出纸浆浓度以实现流速补偿。最后,通过数学仿真验证了该方法可有效的抑制纸浆流速干扰给变送器测量精度带来的影响。To solve the problems of the flow velocity compensation of the static-blade pulp consistency transmitter, a mathematical model of flow velocity, kinetic viscosity and shear strength of pulp has been established. Based on the mathematical model, a compensation method was implemented by measuring out the flow velocity of pulp using the optical cross-correlation measurement, and then computing the consistency of pulp to compensate the error of the flow velocity with a single-chip computer. The validation was given in the last part of the paper that the compensation method is effective in controlling the flow velocity errors and improving the measuring precision of transmitter by using mathematical simulation.
