摘 要:利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了08F钢离子氮碳共渗扩散层中的γ'-Fe4(C,N)相的形态及其晶体学取向关系。结果表明,扩散层中的γ'-Fe4(C,N)相具有针状、片状和带状三种相貌。γ'-Fe4(C,N)相内部又分为层错型和非层错型两种,且含层错的γ'-Fe4(C,N)占多数。另外,γ'-Fe4(C,N)与α-Fe晶体学取向关系符合近似的N-W和K-S关系,即当[1 11]α//[101]γ'或者[100]α//[110]γ'时,则{110}α//{111}γ'+1.6°;当{110}α//{111}γ',则[1 11]α//[101]γ'+0.9°。The morphology and crystallographic orientation of γ′-Fe4(C,N) phase in diffusion layer of plasma nitrocarburized 08F steel were investigated using Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and Scanning electron microscope(SEM).It was found that γ′-Fe4(C,N) phase had two shapes,needle-like or rod-like and belt-like.Considering stacking faults in the inner of γ′-Fe4(C,N),it was classified as stacking fault γ′-Fe4(C,N) and non-stacking fault γ′-Fe4(C,N).The number of stacking fault γ′-Fe4(C,N) was more than that of non-stacking fault γ′-Fe4(C,N).The crystallographic orientation relationship between γ′-Fe4(C,N) and α-Fe approximately agreed with the N-W and the K-S relationship by selected area electron diffraction pattern(SADP) except a little errors.The actual orientation relationship of γ′/α was described as α//γ′ or α//γ′,{110}α//{111}γ′+1.6°;{110}α//{111}γ′,α// γ′+0.9°.
