摘　　要：实验教学是培养"应用型、创新性"人才的主要途径,而开放实验内容建设又是开放实验教学改革的精髓和深化。为此,重庆工商大学以创新实验项目作为开放实验教学改革的切入点,开创性地设置了开放实验项目"超市",这种模式真正做到了"以学生为主体",培养了学生的实践创新能力,并在实践中取得了良好的运行效果,切实推动了经济管理实验教学改革。Experimental teaching is the main approach to cultivate talents with applied and innovative capacity, and the open experimental contents construction is the essence and deepening of open experimental teaching re- form. Chongqing Technology and Business University takes the innovative experimental project as the breakthrough point of this teaching reform and sets up a supermarket of open experimental project creatively. This student-centered teaching mode can cultivate students＇ innovative awareness and capacity. Thus it makes favorable teaching performance in practice and motivates the experimental teaching reform effectively.
