摘　　要：在基于军事运输自身特有的工作流程中，设计了系统的体系结构和工作流程，建立了军事物流运输成本的成本预测模型和过程优化模型以及成本绩效评估模型，并以军用车辆路径优化模型为例进行了数字仿真。结果表明，该系统可对军事物流的运输环节进行全过程、可视化仿真评估，从而为运输成本控制、评估和优化等提供测试平台。On the basis of own work flow for military transportation, this paper designed the configuration and the operation flow of the simulation evaluation system, established cost prediction model, transportation process optimization model, transportation cost performance evaluation modle for transportation cost in military logistics, the vehicle routing problem model was simulated in the simulation system. The result shows that the system can accomplish full - process simulation evaluation which provides testing fiat roof to control, evaluate and optimize the transportation cost in military logisties.
