摘　　要：总结了A301型低温、低压、高活性氨合成催化剂在Φ1 800 mm合成塔的实际应用情况。介绍了合成系统的配置、工艺流程以及催化剂的装填情况,通过催化剂升温还原状况和生产过程运行数据的比较,对A301型氨合成催化剂的应用效果进行了评价,充分反映出A301型氨合成催化剂活性高、使用压力低、氨产量大等优良的性能特点。In this paper, the properties and features of A301 low-temperature and low-pressure ammonia synthesis high-activity catalyst and its application in the φ1800 mm synthesis reactor were introduced. The configuration and procedure of synthesis system and the filling of catalyst were also explained. The performance of A301 ammonia synthesis catalyst was evaluated by comparing the data of cat- alyst reduction under high temperature and that of synthesis operational state. The results showed that A301 ammonia synthesis catalyst possessed a high catalytic activity, low pressure condition and considerable ammonia production.
