摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对少见部位异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法对32例少见部位异位妊娠患者行常规超声检查,分析其二维声像图像特征及彩色多普勒检测结果,并与手术病理结果相对照。结果超声确诊输卵管间质部妊娠20例,宫颈妊娠5例,子宫峡部妊娠3例及残角子宫妊娠1例,有3例误诊,超声诊断少见部位异位妊娠准确率为90.6%。结论彩色多普勒超声显像在少见部位异位妊娠诊断中具有重要价值。Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of special-site ectopic pregnancy（SEP）.Methods Ultrasonography was performed in 32 patients with SEP.The sonographic features of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler of SEP were analyzed and the sonographic results were compared with surgical and pathologic findings.Results Ultrasonography accurately diagnosed interstitial tubal pregnancy in 20 cases,cervical pregnancy in 5 cases,isthmus pregnancy in 3 cases and rudimentary horn pregnancy in 1 case.3 cases were misdiagnosed.Thus,the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound of SEP was 90.6%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasongraphy has an important role in diagnosing SEP.
