摘  要:目的了解临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)菌株的临床分布情况及其对常用抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对临床分离的110株SA菌株采用纸片扩散法(K-B法)检测12种抗菌药物的敏感性,并对药敏结果进行统计分析。结果 110株SA中,甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)59株,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)51株,MRSA的分离率为46.4%,MRSA对常用抗菌药物的耐药率明显高于MSSA(P<0.05),未发现耐万古霉素的SA。结论 SA对多种抗菌药物的敏感率均较低,尤其是MRSA耐药株更为严重,临床应根据药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物。Objective To understand the clinical distribution status of clinical isolates of Staphylococcus aureus and their resistance to common used antimicrobials to provide the basis for rational drug use in clinic.Methods 110 clinically isolated strains of Staphylococcus aureus were detected the the sensitivity of 12 antimicrobial drugs by disk diffusion method(KB method),and the detected results were statistically analyzed with SPSS 16.0 software.Results Among 110 strains of Staphylococcus aureus,59 strains were methicillin-sensitive staphylococcus aureus(MSSA),51 strains were methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) with the MRSA isolation rate of 46.4%;MRSA resistance to commonly used antibacterials was significantly higher than MSSA(P0.05),Staphylococcus aureus resistant to vancomycin was not found.Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus has lower sensitivity to many antimicrobial agents,especially the drug-resistant strains of MRSA is more serious.Antimicrobial drugs should rationally selected according to the results of the drug susceptibility tests.
