摘　　要：交易费用理论是新制度经济学的重要组成部分,而专业化分工和科技进步是一种制度安排或制度创新。以交易费用理论来看,制度安排或制度创新都是为了实现交易费用的最小化。通过分析专业化分工、科技进步对交易费用的决定因素或成因的影响,从而进一步论述专业化分工和科技进步对交易费用的影响。The theory of transaction cost is an important part of neoinstitutional economics.Specialization and advance of science and technology are important parts of institutional arrangement or innovation,which are aimed at minimizing the transaction cost in terms of the theory of transaction cost.This paper analyzes the factor of specialization and advance of science and technology deciding the transaction costs and their influence on its formation,and in turn discusses the influence of specialization and advance of science and technology on transaction costs.
