老年人肺动脉高压80例临床特征分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨老年人肺动脉高压的临床症状、实验室检查及治疗方法，进一步了解老年人肺动脉高压的临床特征。【方法】采用回顾性研究，对2009年1月至2011年2月在本院收治的老年肺动脉高压80例患者的临床症状、实验室检查、治疗及预后情况进行分析。【结果】80患者的心功能分级为I级18例（22．50％），Ⅱ级46例（57．50％），Ⅲ级10例（12．50％），Ⅳ级6例（7．50％）；80例患者中，治愈58例（72．50％），好转15例（18．75％），死亡7例（8．75％）。【结论】老年肺动脉高压分类复杂，临床症状缺乏特异性，不同类型的预后差别较大。[Objective] To explore the clinical symptoms, laboratory examination and treatment procedures of elderly patients with pulmonary hypertension, and further understand the clinical features of elderly patients with pu1 monary hypertension. [Methods]Clinical symptoms, laboratory examination, treatment and prognosis of 80 elderly patients with pulmonary hypertension who were admitted into our hospital from Jan. 2009 to Feb. 2011 were ana lyzed retrospectively. [Results] About 18 （22.50%）, 46 （57. 50%）, 10 （12. 50%） and 6 （7. 50%） patients had grade I,Ⅱ, Ⅲ and IV cardiac function, respectively. Among 80 patients, 58 patients （72.50%） were cured, and 15 patients（18.75%） were improved, and 7 patients（8.75 % ） died. [Conclusion] Elderly patients with pulmonary hy pertension is of complex classification and lack of specificity in clinical symptoms. Moreover, different types of elderly patients with pulmonary hypertension have different prognosis.
