某市综合性民营医院住院病人满意度调查

摘　　要：目的:了解民营医院住院病人的基本特征和住院病人的满意度。方法:采用自我研制的住院病人满意度调查问卷,由调查员现场发放问卷并收回。用Epidata3.0软件对调查表数据进行双录入实时校验,计量资料用x±s表示;计数资料用率或构成比表示,满意度用满意率表示。结果:实际调查到119人,有效问卷119份,有效应答率90.8%。调查对象对民营医院的服务环境、服务态度、医疗结果与质量、医患沟通、服务流程、住院价格等的总体满意率分别为98.3%、99.2%、100.0%、96.6%、99.2%和94.1%。在对所有条目的评价中,最不满意的是医院的绿化情况,满意率为10.9%。结论:该市的综合性民营医院发挥着社区卫生服务中心的作用。主要针对居住在附近的老年人群,有医疗保障的群体,从事慢性病的治疗。民营医院良好的服务质量和服务态度是其发展优势,同时民营医院应规范收费,完善病房设施。Objective To explore the basic characters of patients in private hospitals and the actual status of their satisfaction about hospitals. Methods We used self- developed patients＇ satisfaction questionnaire to interview respondents. Epidata3.0 was used to input the data. The measurement data were presented by x±s,and enumeration data were indicated with constituent ratio,satisfaction expressed by satisfaction rate. Results We actually interviewed 119 patients ,and got 119 valid questionnaires ,the available response rate of which was 90.80/00. The satisfaction rates of this survey about service condition,attitude,medical treatment result and quality, doctor--patient communication, service process,and the price of medical service were 98. 3%, 99. 2%,100. 0%,96. 6%,99. 2% and 94. 1%, respectively. Conclusion The private general hospitals in Hefei play a role as community health service center. Their service was conducted mainly for the aged population around ,people with medical insurance ,and people with chronic diseases. Their excellent service quality and attitudes were contributing to their development, yet at the same time it is necessary for them to reduce the medical expenses and improve the infrastructure.
