现代医院文化建设的分析与思考

摘　　要：随着中国市场经济的发展和转型,以及医药卫生体制改革的深入,现代医院外部的生存和发展环境发生了深刻的变化。在此背景下,现代医院发展更亟待文化的支撑。如何发挥医院文化的统领作用和管理效能,是现代医院建设发展过程中面临的一项紧迫的实践性课题。该文在概述了医院文化内涵的基础上,剖析了现代医院文化建设的现状,提出了加强医院文化建设的实施方式,对实现现代医院可持续发展的重要意义。With the development and transformation of market economy, as well as the devleopment of health system reform, profound changes of living and developmental environment of modern hospitals have taken place. Under this circumstance, the behavioral regulations of hospitals should be geared to such situation and cultural supports are needed for modern hospital construction. How to express leading roles and management effects of hospital culture becomes an urgent practical project. Based on the overview of connotation of hospital culture ,current situations of modern hospital construction were analyzed in this article and implemental methods of the enhancement of hospital cultural construction were suggested,which may play a vital role in sustainable development of modern hospitals.
