摘　　要：针对湿法炼锌硫酸锌溶液加锌粉除杂质过程中 ,影响锌粉用量及除钴 .锑等的因素进行了探索和研究。结果表明 :锌粉的化学质量和物理规格对锌粉用量有直接影响 ;升高温度对除钴、锑有利 ;延长反应时间对除锑有利 ,而钴出现返溶。The factors affecting the consumption of zinc powder and decobalt and deantimony in the purification of zinc sulfate solution by adding zinc powder are investigated.The results indicate that chemical quality and physical specification of zinc powder have a direct effect on the consumption of zinc powder,the increase of temperature helps decobalt and deantimony;and the prolonged resident time helps removel of Sb,hawever,this will cause the redissolution of cobalt into the solution.
