摘　　要：与国际热带钢现代化改造同步 ,鞍钢 1780轧机和 SP定宽机、PC轧机全液压卷取机及步进式加热炉等 ,构成世界一流的热带钢生产线。介绍了这一生产线及其附属设施安装、调试过程和技术关键的解决及综合技术经济分析、评述。此工程在同类技术改造工程中 ,建设速度、工程质量、总投资诸方面 ,均处于国际领先。目前 ,此生产线已进入试生产到达产阶段。In synchronism with international hot strip rolling mill modernization,an advanced hot strip production line in the world is constituted by 1780 rolling mill,SP adjustiable sizing mill,PC rolling mill,hydraulic coiler and walking beam furnace in AISC.The installation,trial run process,technology knowhow solution and analysis and assessment on integrated technical economic of the whole line and supplementary device are introduced.In comparsion with the similar technology revamping engineering,this engineering has a lead of many aspects in the world,such as construction speed,engineering quality,and total investment as well.
