摘　　要：鞍钢第一炼钢厂生产的 Q195 F钢近一时期废品率较高 ,给生产和经济效益带来一定的影响 ,经过对生产过程及生产数据进行分析 ,找出了产生废品的原因及解决的措施。the percent of relected Q195F steel produced by AISC No.1 Steelmaking Plant is always high recently,which affects the production and economic benefits.The reasons causing rejects and the resolving measures have been found after analysis of production pocess and the operation data.
