摘　　要：采用水银法研究了环境湿度、烘干温度、保护气体露点等测试条件对焊缝扩散氢含量的影响,分析了我国碳钢及低合金钢焊条中的扩散氢含量,并且与国外焊条的扩散氢含量进行了对比。The effects of the tested condition, e.g. environment humidity, drying temperature, dew point of shielding gas, etc, on diffusible hydrogen content in weld by mercury method are studied. The actual level of diffusible hydrogen content of the domestic electrodes for welding mild and low alloy steels is analyzed and compared with that of the foreign electrodes.
