摘  要:我国天然气业务正处于一个大发展的重要时期,随着天然气产量的大幅增长,高压、高酸性、高产气田(简称"三高"气田)进入全面开发阶段。面临气田新的发展形势,现行的标准、规范无法满足气田的发展需要。为保证"三高"气田的安全生产,针对"三高"气田的特点,对现行气田地面工程的标准、规范的适应性进行了分析,提出今后标准制修订的建议:应制定"天然气处理厂设计规范";应制定高酸性气田开发中清管作业的专用标准;构建高酸性气田开发缓蚀剂专项技术标准体系;将"三高"气田的材料选择和防腐蚀方面的标准列入安全标准的范围。The natrual gas business is in a high-speed development period in China. With the great increase of natural gas output due to the fast increase in demand, gas fields with high pressrue, high concentration of acid gases, and high production (' Three Highs ' gas fields for short) have entered into the full development phase. Current standards and codes could not meet the demand of the development of ' Three Highs ' gas fields. In order to ensure the production safety of the ' Three Highs ' gas fields, the adaptability of current standards and codes were analyzed on the basis of characteristics of 'Three Highs' gas fields. Suggesions on formulating and revising the standards were put forward. The code for design of the natural gas processing plant and the specified standard for pigging operation in the development of gas fields with high concentration of acid gas should be formulated. The specified standard system for anti-corrosive solvent technology in the development of gas fields with high concentration of acid gas should be constructed. The standards used in the materials selection and anticorrosion should be listed into the scope of the safety standard system.
