老年糖尿病患者的相关知识掌握情况调查

摘　　要：目的糖尿病相关知识包括对其症状、预防、治疗、并发症等方面的认识。文中探讨了造成老年糖尿病患者对糖尿病认识薄弱的原因。方法参照相关文献,对46例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果约一半的被调查老年糖尿病患者对糖尿病的认识不足。尤其是有关糖尿病危险因子、症状知识、危害性知识、治疗知识和预防保健知识的正确率均低于50%。结论老年糖尿病患者的糖尿病知识不足,开展老年糖尿病的健康教育具有重要意义。Objective Knowledge about diabetes mellitus（DM） includes such main aspects as the symptoms,prevention,treatment,and complications of the disease.The aim of this survey was to find the reasons for the lack of knowledge about DM among elderly DM patients.Methods We conducted a questionnaire survey on DM knowledge among 46 elderly DM patients.Results Half of the DM patients were lacking in DM knowledge.The rates of correctness of the answers to the questions about the risk factors,symptoms,harm,treatment and prevention of DM were lower than 50%.Conclusion Elderly DM patients are lacking in DM knowledge,and it is important to carry out DM-related health education among the elderly.
