摘　　要：目的对于危重患者压疮预防的护理研究较多,但对于神经外科患者方面的研究尚有限。文中旨在探讨并总结神经外科患者压疮预防及护理管理方面的经验体会。方法对2009年2月至9月收住神经外科重症监护室(neurosurgical intensive care unit,NICU)的部分患者有关压疮方面的资料进行统计分析。结果应用主动干预等压疮综合护理措施后,其间仅发生2例Ⅱ度以下压疮,且均在2周内痊愈,较压疮综合护理措施前有明显缩短。结论预防和护理压疮是护理工作中的一项巨大挑战。树立强烈的责任意识、落实监管制度,依据不同患者的特点制订周密有效的预防护理方案,可降低压疮的发生率,提高压疮的治愈率。Objective Many nursing studies have been conducted on the prevention of pressure ulcers in critically ill patients,but few on that in neurosurgical patients.This paper summarized our experience in the prevention of pressure ulcers in neurosurgical patients and related nursing management.Methods We collected pressure ulcer-related nursing data of 1086 patients in the neurosurgical intensive care unit from February to September 2009 and made statistical analysis.Results Active intervention and integrated pressure ulcer preventive care measures were adopted in the prevention of pressure ulcers.Of the total number of patients,only 2 cases of grade-II pressure ulcers occurred and healed within 2 weeks.The incidence of pressure ulcers and their healing time were significantly reduced as compared with those before the application of the above measures.Conclusion Strict implementation of active intervention and integrated pressure ulcer preventive care measures with emphasis on the different characteristics of specific individual patients can significantly reduce the incidence and healing time of pressure ulcers in neurosurgical patients.
