103名医学生预防接种卡介苗后的免疫效果分析

摘　　要：目的接种卡介苗(BCG)提高医学生抵御结核感染的免疫力。方法对103名医学生行卡介菌纯蛋白衍生物(BCG-PPD)试验,明确阴性者接种BCG,8周后再行BCG-PPD试验复查,对免疫效果进行分析。结果 103名BCG-PPD试验,阳性反应50人,阴性反应53人,阳性率48.54%;42名阴性者接种BCG 8周后再行BCG-PPD试验复查,33人阳性,9人阴性,阳性率78.57%。结论对BCG-PPD试验阴性者接种BCG,能获得比较好的免疫效果。Objective To improve the medical college students＇ protective immunities against tuberculosis by inoculating BCG vaccine. Methods BCG-PPD test was performed in 103 medical college students,and then the students with negative reaction were inoculated with BCG vaccine.8 weeks later,BCG-PPD test was rechecked,and the immune effects were analyzed. Results Among 103 surveyed students,50 had positive reactions and 53 had negative reactions,with the positive rate of 48.54%.Among 42 students with negative reactions,the rechecked results of BCG-PPD test indicated that 33 students had positive reactions and 9 had negative reactions,with the positive rate of 78.57%.Conclusions BCG vaccination on the students with negative reactions of BCG-PPD test can acquire better immune efficacy.
