摘　　要：目的了解临床分离的葡萄球菌中mecA基因的产生情况。方法收集临床分离的葡萄球菌154株,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测mecA基因并进行DNA测序,头孢西丁药敏试验采用Kirby-bauer(KB)法。结果 mecA基因在葡萄球菌中的阳性检出率为67.53%,药敏法MRS的阳性率为58.44%。结论在本院分离的葡萄球菌中mecA基因携带率较高。Objective To investigate the mecA gene in clinically isolated staphylococci. Methods Polymerase chain reaction（PCR） was used to detect mecA gene in 154 strains of staphylococci isolated from clinical specimens,and the PCR products were sequenced by DNA sequencer.The antimicrobial susceptibility to cefoxitin was performed by K-B method. Results The detection rate of mecA gene in staphylococci was 67.53%.The antimicrobial susceptibility testing showed the positive rate of methicillin-resistant staphylococci was 58.44%. Conclusions The mecA gene had a high detection rate in staphylococci isolated from clinical specimens in the General Hospital of the Air Force of the Chinese People＇s Liberation Army.
