3501例健康体检者血清HBV标志物检测结果回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的了解健康体检人群乙型肝炎五项血清标志物的模式特征、各年龄组HBsAg检出率及乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的感染情况。方法共收集3 501名来岳阳市中心医院进行体检人员的血清标本。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测HBV血清标志物5项,包括HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb及HBcAb的结果及相关资料,并将每例5项标志物作为一种模式,对各年龄组HBsAg检出率进行回顾性分析。结果 3 501例中1 685例为全阴性,占总数48.13%;1 816例为HBV五项中有一项或一项以上阳性,总阳性率为51.87%,模式共有14种,分为感染期模式组和恢复期模式组,感染期模式组以"145"和"15"模式为主;恢复期模式组以"2"和"25"模式为主。结论健康体检人群中,乙肝病毒感染率仍较高,应加强乙型肝炎的防治。Objective To investigate the model characteristics of 5 HBV serum markers,the detection rates of HBsAg of all age groups and the infection status of hepatitis B virus in heath check-up people. Methods Totally 3,501 serum samples of health check-up adults were collected from Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yueyang City.5 HBV serum markers（HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb） of these adults were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Each adult＇s 5 HBV serum markers were served as a model,and the positive rate of HBsAg in each age group was retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 3,501 serum samples surveyed,1,685 were complete negative,accounting for 48.13% of the total samples.1,816 were positive for one HBV serum marker or more markers,with a total positive rate was 51.87%.There were altogether 14 models,which were divided into infection model group and recovery model group.＂145＂ and ＂15＂ models were the major types in infection model group.＂2＂ and ＂25＂ models were the dominating types in recovery model group. Conclusions HBV infection rate of the surveyed health check-up people is still higher,and hence,it is necessary to enhance hepatitis B prevention and treatment.
