摘  要:针对曝气鼓风机对装置运行成本的影响,详细分析了对其节能节水改造的可行性途径,并进行了改造成本与效益的计算,提出并实施了具体改造方案,对改造后出现的一些问题提出解决办法。对8台曝气鼓风机的节能节水改造,只花了不到10万的改造费用,获得了每年为企业节省成本160万余元的成果。In view of the influence of aeration blower on the operation cost of system, this paper has introduced the feasible means of the transformation of energy-saving and water-saving for aeration blower in detail. The concrete transformation scheme is pointed out and implemented based on the calculation of transformation cost and benefits. And the solutions to some problems after transformation are also presented. The transformation cost is less than a hundred thousand on the energy-saving and water-saving of 8 aeration blowers, which has saved the cost more than 160 million per year for enterprise.
