滚切式双边剪跑偏与夹送辊之间的关系研究

摘　　要：双边剪剪切过程中跑偏是引起双边剪切边质量缺陷的主要原因之一,而跑偏主要与夹送辊相关。主要研究夹送辊倾角、水平平行度、辊径、压紧油缸压力和标高五个重要因素与跑偏之间的关系,讨论其精度要求,并给出检测和调整方法。Run slanting is the important reason of the plate double side quality problems, and mn slanting problem mainly relates to pinch rolls. The five important factors including pitch angle of the pinch rolls （ vertical preasion）, horizontal precision, roll radius, hydraulic pressure and elevation are researched in the paper. The required precision is discussed, how do they related to run slanting,how to measure and adjust.
