摘　　要：设计制造一套适合学生设备维修的实训装置,以真实的工作场景,培养学生的动手能力,从轴瓦刮削的标准,刮削过程和刮削方法,对曲面刮削进一步强化,为学生顺利走上工作岗位,与企业实现无缝对接做好铺垫。A set toesuit the equipment repair training device for the students was designed and manufactured. With the actual operate scene ,the students practical ability are trained. From the standard of the bearing bush scraping, scraping process and scraping method, enhance further to the curved face scraping, it pave the way for students go to an poerating post smoothly, with business realize no slot the butt joint complete cushion.
