摘 要:基于线性振动理论建立了重型载货汽车转向前轴动态特性分析的有限元方模型,计算了前轴的模态参数,分析了其模态特性,计算了正弦交变载荷作用下前轴关键部位的动态应力值,用S-N曲线法计算了前轴的疲劳寿命。按照国标QC/T 513—1999进行了前轴台架疲劳寿命试验,用动态应变测量法测试了动态应力。试验结果表明,前轴动态应力理论计算值接近实际测试值,计算疲劳寿命接近实测疲劳寿命,证明前轴动态特性分析的有限元模型是正确的,可用于进一步分析前轴不同载荷下的强度品质。Based on the linear vibration theory, a finite element analysis established for dynamic performance of front steering axles of heavy-duty trucks. (FEA) model is Then the modal frequencies and modal shape of its vibration are analyzed. The dynamic stress is calculated under the fluctuating load of trigonometric sine, and the fatigue life is also calculated through W0hler's cumulative damage theory and the strain life material properties in the form of a S/N curve. After that, a laboratory test on front axle fatigue life is carried out according to industry standard QC! T 513--1999, and the dynamic stress is measured. The result shows the calculated stress is similar with the test, and the fatigue life is also close to the actual real test. This proves that FEA model is correct and can be applied to further study the strength quality under different loads.
