摘　　要：通过对电子元器件之间,及电子设备与机械设备之间互为相联的特性、影响及相互作用的介绍,综合分析电子器件间互联与封装工艺技术,电子电路的组装系统与整机互联的技术,论述在电子设备制造中,如何通过电气互联技术科学地、合理地设计、组装电子元件及装备,确保整个电气自动化系统高效、可靠地运行。Through to the electronic components between, and electronic equipment and machinery are associated characteristics between, influence and the interaction of introduction, the comprehensive analysis of the electronic device interconnection and packaging process between technology, electronic circuit assembly system and the interconnection technology, expounds the electronic equipment manufacturing, how to through the electrical interconnection technology, science reasonable design, assembly electronic components and equipment, to ensure that the whole electrical automation system efficient and reliable operation.
