摘　　要：介绍PLC在高纯六氟化钨(WF6)生产中的应用,主要介绍了PLC控制系统的系统配置方案和控制方式。针对高纯六氟化钨生产工艺要求,设计了一套WF6生产车间的自控系统。利用西门子S7-300PLC+组态王6.53组态软件,实现了WF6生产过程的数据采集、温度流量调节、报表生成等自控功能。The application of the PLC in the high purity WE6 automatic control is introduced, in which the system configuration and control mode of the PLC control system are mainly described. According to the production process for high purity WF6, a PLC control system of WE6 production is designed basing on the SIEMENS S7-300 PLC and configuration software （Kingview6.53）. It has achieved automatic functions of the detection, temperature and flow regulation and report generation of production process.
