摘　　要：针对特殊压圈拧紧要求,设计实现了一种新型工具。能够根据不同的压圈尺寸要求对两销子之间距离实现可调节,通过更换销子满足不同的拧紧力要求并且提高了工具的寿命。该拧紧工具加工简便,具有易于调整和维护的特点,成本低,便于推广和应用,具有很好的应用前景。?In this paper, for special tightening requirements of pressure ring, a new tool has been designed and implemented. According to different pressure ring size, the distance between two pins can be adjusted, by changing the pin to meet different tightening force requirements and to improve the life of the tool. The tool can be simply processed. It has the advantages of easy adjustment and maintenance and low cost. It is convenient to be popularized and applied. The technology has a bright future of application in our country.
