摘　　要：由于无损检测不必破坏被检对象就能实现产品质量和运行设备的检测,企业越来越重视无损检测的管理工作。对检测人员的管理应注重人员的资格、素质和责任心;对设备的管理应注重设备的有效性;对检测过程的管理应注重执行检测任务的合理性和科学性;对检测资料的管理应注重资料保管的完备性。Nondestructive testing can test products quality and running devices without destroying tested objects, and modern companies pay more and more attention to NDT management, such as testing personnel qualification, quality and the sense of responsibility, the effectiveness of testing devices, the reasonableness and science of testing process, the completeness of testing materials.
