摘 要:针对下二门油田含油污水乳化严重的问题,通过实验筛选出了较优的反相破乳剂FX-02和JPCI-1,评价了其表面活性,考察了破乳温度、破乳时间和破乳浓度对破乳剂破乳除油性能的影响,确定了最佳破乳条件,并确定FX-02为最佳反相破乳剂。实验结果表明,FX-02对下二门油田含油污水和模拟O/W型乳状液的破乳率均达90%以上。In view of the severe emulsification of the oily water of Xiaermen Oilfield, two preferable reverse demulsifiers FX -02 and JPCI - 1 were selected through testing. The surfactivity of the reverse demulsifiers were evaluated, the optimum demulsification conditions were identified by studying the effect of demulsification time period and demulsifier concentration on the oil removal property of demulsifier, and demulsifier FX -02 was found to be the best demulsifier, According to the results of test, the demulsifieation percent of demulsifier FX -02 for demulsifying both the oily water and the simulated O/W emulsion fluid reaches more than 90%.
