环保型醚化蜜胺树脂的制备

摘　　要：以三聚氰胺、多聚甲醛、甲醇等为原料,制备环保型醚化蜜胺树脂,确定了最佳工艺条件:三聚氰胺与甲醛物质的量比为1∶3.5,三聚氰胺与甲醇物质的量比为1∶(5～6),羟甲基化、醚化和缩聚反应温度分别为85,50,80℃,羟甲基化、醚化和缩聚反应体系pH分别为8.0～9.0,3.5～4.5,6.5～7.0,乌洛托品用量为2.0%。此条件下制备的醚化蜜胺树脂性能稳定。A kind of environment friendly etherized melamine resin was prepared with melamine, paraformaldehyde and methanol, etc. as the materials. The optimum process conditions were identified： the molecular ratio of melamine to formaldehyde is 1 ： 3.5, the molecular ratio of melamine with methanol is 1 ： （5 - 6）, methylolation, etherification and polycondensation reaction temperatures are 85 °C, 50 °C and 80 °C respectively, the pH values of methylolation, etherification and polycondensation reaction systems are 8.0 to 9.0, 3.5 to 4.5 and 6.5 to 7.0 respectively, and the usage of urotropine is 2.0%. The etherized melamine resin that is stable and environment friendly was produced at such conditions.
