摘　　要：聚氨酯面漆是海洋钢结构最常用的面漆之一,其化学成分促使其具有优良的保护性能及外观效果。除了聚氨酯面漆本身对湿度及温度都有较高的要求外,涂层后期的破坏都会造成修补问题。修补不可避免的与原有漆膜存在外观差异,差异的原因往往是由施工方式、钢板状态、环境、人员技能共同引起的,差异的形成严重的影响着涂层的品质,需要施工方在施工过程中予以注意。One of the most common Finish coats in Marine steel is the polyurethane finish,its chemical composition make it have excellent protective properties and outward appearance.Coating repairs caused by the two reasons both the Polyurethane finish is sensitive to changes in humidity and temperature and the destroyed of coating in last period.The repaired coating difficult to avoid the appearance differences compared to even coating,the reasons may often for application method and plate conditions and environment and personnel skill.It called attention to the problem that the repair seriously influences to the quality of the coating.
