武术套路世界冠军马灵娟的选材特征及多年训练研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、个案分析法对武术套路世界冠军马灵娟的选材特征和多年训练进行分析探讨。结果表明:马灵娟身体条件基本不符合武术套路运动员选材标准,但仍能取得巨大成功,说明武术套路对运动员身体条件的要求并不高,身体上硬件条件对运动员的成功不起绝对性作用。从马灵娟的成功可以分析出武术套路运动员的成功更加注重训练的系统性、运动员对待武术套路训练的态度、运动员的意志品质、心理稳定性。希望通过对马灵娟多年训练的特点和成功经验的分析,为武术套路教练员指导运动员进行多年训练提供参考。This study adopts the methods of literature,expert interviews,case analysis to analyze the Wushu world champion Ma Lingjuan selecting characteristics and years of training.The results show that： Ma Lingjuan body condition does not conform to Wushu athlete selection criteria,but can still be achieved great success,description of Wushu to the athletes＇ physical condition requirements is not high,physical hardware conditions on athlete ＇s success is not the absolute function.From the success of Ma Lingjuan can be analyzed from Wushu athletes success pays more attention to the systemic training,athletes to Wushu training attitude,athlete will quality,psychological stability.The study hopes that through the Ma Lingjuan years training characteristics and the analysis of successful experience,the study can offer some references for Wushu coach arranging many years training.
