心脏X综合征与冠心病患者平板运动试验的对比研究

摘　　要：目的研究平板运动试验对心脏X综合征的诊断意义。方法将符合心脏X综合征诊断及符合冠心病诊断的平板运动试验结果阳性的患者共52例分成A组(心脏X综合征患者)和B组(冠心病患者),比较两组患者的平板运动试验相关数据,并进行分析和总结。结果 A、B两组在年龄、性别、吸烟人数、患高血压人数、运动前收缩压、峰值收缩压、运动前舒张压、峰值舒张压、峰值HR×BP、达到目标心率的人数、运动时间、代谢当量值的比较均无统计学意义;仅在ST段的改变规律方面两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论平板运动试验对心脏X综合征的诊断有一定的鉴别诊断意义。Objective To evaluate Treadmill Exercise Test （TET） in detecting cardiac syndrome X （C^X）. Methods Fifty two patients with TET positive were divided into two groups： Group A-CSX （n=18） and group B-coronary heart disease （CHD） （n=34）, their TET datas were compared. Results There were no differences between the two groups in age, gender, smoking, primary hypertension, the BP before exercise, the highest BP during exercise, the highest HRxBP, the exercise time and METs. There was difference only in the changes of ST segment. Conclusion TET is helpful for clinical diagnosis in CSX patients with normal CAG.
