摘  要:目的为更好地控制产品质量,建立以高效液相色谱法测定小儿化痰止咳冲剂中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法采用DiamonsilTMC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾(20:80,用磷酸调节pH值为2.7),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长210nm,柱温40℃。结果盐酸麻黄碱进样量为0.41~2.46μg时线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为98.97%,RSD=0.90%(n=6)。结论本法采用流动相溶解供试品,操作简便易行,无干扰,重现性好,适用于小儿化痰止咳冲剂中盐酸麻黄碱含量的测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiao'er huatanzhike Granules to control the quality of it better. Methods Used Diamonsil TM Cls Column (4.6 ram x 250 mm, 5 μm); The mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0.01 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (20:801 the pH was adjusted to 2.7 by H3P04), the flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 210 nm and column temperature was 40℃. Results The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.41-2.46 μg and correlation coefficient was 0.999 8. The average recovery of sample was 98.97%, RSD = 0.90% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple accurate to use the mobile phase dissolved the tests. It can be used for content determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiao'er huatanzhike Granules with a good re producibility, and without interference.
