血浆置换治疗重症肝炎常见的不良反应及护理

摘　　要：目的观察血浆置换治疗重症肝炎过程中不良反应的发生情况及采取的护理措施。方法总结2009年1月至2010年9月我院63例重肝患者实施血浆置换治疗前、术中及术后的护理措施,观察其不良反应。结果对63例重肝患者分别给予3～12次血浆置换治疗。其中53例好转出院,无效5例,死亡5例,治愈率84%。在219次血浆置换过程中,有45人次发生不良反应(20.15%),其中恶心、呕吐9人次(4.1%),皮肤瘙痒18人次(8.2%),寒战6人次(2.7%),肢体麻木12人次(5.5%)。结论血浆置换治疗是安全性较好的一种治疗方法,不良反应轻微,而良好的护理措施对保证整个治疗过程顺利进行,防止不良反应的发生起着至关重要的作用。Objective To explore the management and adverse reactions of plasma replacement therapy for severe hepatitis.Methods Sixty-three consecutive patients with severe hepatitis underwent plasma replacement were brought into observation.The nursing measures were analyzed and the adverse effects were observed.Results 53 patients recovered well and discharged,5 patients got no effects and 5 patients died.The curative rate was 84%.45 person showed adverse reactions in 219 treatments,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 20.15%.9 persons（4.1%） showed nausea and vomiting,18 persons（3.2%） showed skin itch,6 persons（2.7%） times showed chill and 12 persons（2.7%） showed limb numbness.Conclusion Plasma replacement is an safe and effective therapy for severe hepatitis,and the adverse reactions are few and slight.Favorable nursing measurement is critical in preventing the adverse reactions.
