摘 要:柔性张力薄膜结构具有多态性,准确数值模拟复杂.本文首次提出了柔性张拉膜和充气膜数值分析全过程和状态,分别包含9过程、7类11状态,阐述其逻辑、算法与问题,零应力态是柔性张力结构精确数值分析与列式的基石.在预应力充气膜分析全过程,阐述充气找形概念,提出设定充气形体的找力找形方法,考虑充气体在结构分析时的非线性耦合效应.设计并制作了一个直径3.0m、高2.0m的球冠充气膜,进行了充气成形和压力变化试验,采用无接触摄影测量形面,部分验证了充气膜过程与状态.The flexible tensile fabric structure is generally multi-state,which makes accurate numerical simulation complicated and difficult.The whole process of numerical simulation and states were firstly proposed for the tensile fabric and pneumatic fabric structure,which include nine processes and seven classes(eleven states).The logic relationship,numerical algorithm and unresolved questions were clarified,and the zero-stress state was the cornerstone of the accurate numerical simulation and formulation.The inflation form-finding was distinguished,and the force-found form-finding procedure was proposed for the pneumatic fabric with specific shape.The nonlinear coupling effect was taken into account for the nonlinear structural analysis of pneumatic structure.A fabric inflated model was designed and fabricated with a dimeter of 3.0m and a height of 2.0m.Inflation and pressure variation tests were carried out.The form was also surveyed with non-contact photogrammetry,which partly testifies the process and states of the pneumatic fabric structure.
