摘　　要：我国各知识产权部门法在知识产权损害赔偿的具体规则上存在着不一致的情形,导致人们在理解、适用知识产权损害赔偿规则时发生错误。从统一我国知识产权制度的角度,有必要对知识产权损害赔偿制度进行协调与统一,尤其应当对知识产权损害赔偿的计算方式及其选择、法定赔偿标准的细化以及各知识产权部门法立法语言的一致性予以考虑、修订。Specific rules of damage compensation of intellectual property （IP） in the domain of Chinese IP Laws are so inconsistent that mistakes may occur when people interpret and apply the damage compensation rules of IP. From the view of unifying IP systems in China, this essay holds it necessary to coordinate and in- tegrate the damage compensation rules of IP, and IP damages, selecting and clarifying the standard guage of IP law particularly to reconsider and amend the way of calculating of statutory reparation, as well as adopting the uniform lan-
