摘  要:电缆分级射孔是应用于油气井分段射孔的技术,特别适用于大井段水平井的射孔开发。介绍了分级射孔技术的发展现状。分级射孔采用多级枪串结构,多芯电缆输送式射孔方式,通过地面监测,分级起爆射孔枪。根据中国生产现状,提出利用液压转换装置实现电缆分级射孔;枪串连接投送器以及桥塞,实现分段坐封。该技术满足了分级射孔技术国产化的要求,可应用于页岩气井的射孔、坐封、分段压裂等。The cable grading-perforating technology is used in oil and gas wells with different per- forating intervals or layers, which is especially suitable for longer perforation intervals in horizon- tal wells. Introduced is the status of grading-perforating technology. The multi-stage perforator series/strings and multi-core conveying are used for cable conveying grading-perforating, which is monitored by ground instrument and detonated grade by grade. In view of domestic perforating e- quipment status in China, the cable conveying grading-perforating technology may result from the hydraulic converter. If the perforator string is connected with setting tool and bridge plug, it can be set part by part. The cable convey grading-perforating technology is feasible in localization of manufactures and is used for perforation, set packer and staged fracturing in the shale gas wells.
