摘 要:为解决软土地区由于负摩阻力造成的建筑结构不均匀沉降问题,根据动物皮毛有顺毛、逆毛不同性质的特点,运用生物仿生原理,研制一种设置在预制桩桩身上端表面的齿合式负摩阻力减摩器,它具有双向异性的力学性质,不仅可降低土体沉降或附加荷载对桩产生的负摩阻力,又避免了正摩阻力的削弱,能有效提高桩的承载力和稳定性。通过理论分析和试验研究,验证了该减摩器的良好工作性能。To address the differential subsidence issue of buildings caused by negative friction in soft soil area, a kind of friction-reducing device set on the surface of prefabricate piles was developed according to a inspiration which was derived from the special properties of animal skins that showed different mechanical properties when been caress from different directions, which is so called bionic principle. Not only the negative friction caused by land subsidence or additional load can be reduced, but also the positive friction can be guaranteed, and the bearing capacity and stability of piles can be improved. The good performance of this device was also verified through both theoretical analysis and experimental study.
