摘 要:针对无轴承异步电动机多变量、非线性和强耦合的特点,提出了一种基于离散时间无差拍的SVM-DTC控制方法。该方法基于定子磁场定向的同步旋转坐标系,通过离散时间无差拍算法得到转矩和磁链的控制电压分量,实现转矩与磁链的动态解耦,解决了转矩环与磁链环的耦合问题。并对离散时间无差拍的SVM-DTC和传统DTC控制系统进行了仿真,结果表明:与传统DTC方法相比,基于离散时间无差拍的SVM-DTC方法可以更好地抑制无轴承异步电动机的转矩、磁链和转子径向位移的脉动,提高了无轴承异步电动机的悬浮性能。最后,采用数字信号处理器TMS320F2812DSP作为控制器对提出的控制方法进行试验研究,结果表明基于离散时间无差拍的SVM-DTC方法可以实现无轴承异步电动机的稳定悬浮。Aiming at multi variable, nonlinear and high coupling characteristics of bearingless induction motor, a SVM DTC method is presented based on discrete time deadbeat. This discrete time deadbeat method calculates the voltage controlled by torque and flux based on stator flux oriented synchronous rotating frame which makes the torque and the flux achieve dynamic decoupling and solves the problem of coupling between the torque loop and the flux loop, and the SVM DTC and traditional DTC control systems are simulated. The results show that the SVM DTC method has better performance in reducing disturbances of torque, flux and rotor displacement compared with the DTC method, and that the suspension performance of bearingless induction motor is improved. The DSP (TMS320F2812) is adopted as the controller of the control system for experiment study, and the results show that the SVM DTC method of bearingless induction motor can be achieved stability in suspension.
