摘 要:天山新3号隧道过冲沟浅埋段时在DK1790+988~DK1791+013段发生塌方冒顶,为保证安全处治塌方,经进行原因分析和方案比较后,通过采取对洞外塌陷体地表注浆加固、洞内不开挖工作室使用长大管棚及配合使用双层注浆小导管的超前支护技术、开挖预留核心土、塌方段两端加强衬砌后再处理侵限段的技术等综合处治方案,结合超前地质预报、监控量测等技术手段,有效地控制了塌方加剧并顺利渡过塌方冒顶地段,对隧道塌方冒顶工程的预防和处理具有一定的指导意义。Collapse was occurred when crossing shallow gully at DK1790+988-DK1791 +013 in Tianshan new section No.3. To ensure safety in collapse treating,comprehensive treatments were adopted after analyzing the reasons and comparing solutions, such as the technology of surface grouting from the outside of the tunnel collapse, the advance supporting using of long tube roof and double-layer grouting with small duct while the tunnel non-excavation are taken;excavating reserved core soil;treating the collapse segment after strengthening both ends of the collapse segment and so on. Coordinating the geological prediction, monitoring measurement and other technical means, the tunnel collapse was prevented effectively and constructed smoothly. These technologies are useful for preventing tunnel collapse and treatment.
