摘　　要：结构的改造加固对象包括混凝土结构、钢结构、砖混结构等,而其中的混凝土结构改造加固最为常见。文章就中关村西区地下空间开发项目,阐释了黏钢加固、黏碳纤维布加固、楼板开洞、楼板封堵等改造加固设计方法。The structural rebuilding and reinforcement involves the ferroconcrete structure, steel structure, brick-concrete structure, etc. of which, the rebuilding and reinforcement of ferroconcrete structure is the most common. The text elaborates on the rebuilding and reinforcement design approaches such as bonded steel reinforcement, bonded CFRP reinforcement, floor opening and floor sealing for the development project of the underground space of Zhongguancun west region.
