摘 要:为研究双基推进剂在准静态和高应变率下的压缩力学行为,利用万能材料试验机和分离式Hopkinson压杆(SHPB),对双基推进剂材料进行了单轴压缩实验,得到材料在10-4~103s-1应变率下的应力-应变曲线。实验结果表明,双基推进剂是应变率敏感材料,屈服应力和初始弹性模量的对数与应变率的对数近似呈线性关系,且表现出韧脆转化现象。利用朱-王-唐非线性粘弹性本构关系,采用最小二乘法拟合了本构材料参数。研究表明,朱-王-唐本构模型能较好地描述双基推进剂在不同应变率条件下的力学行为。To research the compressive behavior of double-base propellant under quasic-static and high strain rate, the uniaxial compressive experiment of double-base propellant was performed on the universal material test machine and Split Hopkinson Bar (SHPB) ,and stress strain curves were obtained when strain rate is between 10^-4 s^-1 and 10^3 s^-1. The experimental results show that the dynamic failure strength of the double-base propellant is dependent on the strain rate. The logarithm of yield stress and ini- tial elastic modulus approximately present a linear relationship with the logarithm of strain rate, and exhibit the phenomenon of duc- tile-brittle transformation. The dynamic parameters of Zhu-Wang-Tang constitutive equation were obtained with least square method. Results show that Zhu-Wang-Tang constitutive equation is effective to express the mechanical characters of double-base propellant under varying strain rate.
