摘　　要：介绍了ANSYS软件中模态分析的步骤;建立了回转式灌装机主驱动齿轮的有限元模型,并对其进行了模态分析,得到了齿轮的固有频率和振型;进一步分析了齿宽对齿轮固有频率的影响规律,为避免灌装机发生共振提供了理论数据和方法.The process of the modal analysis based on ANSYS software are introduced.The finite element model of the host-drive gear of the rotary filling machine is established.Its modal analysis is made,the natural frequencies and the modal shapes are obtained.Furthermore,the influence of the gear-tooth width to the natural frequencies is analyzed.This will provide some theoretical datum and methods for avoiding resonance vibration of the rotatory filling equipment.
