摘　　要：在实地调查研究的基础上,结合赤脚医生时期北京村落医患关系所处的行医道德观念、村落社会关系、社会历史政治等因素,分别探讨了赤脚医生时期北京村落维系医患关系的道德规范体系,包括诊疗关系中的医德责任与文化崇拜,熟人社会下藤蔓关系网中的社会道德制约(包括家庭血缘关系下的医患道德情感和村落地缘关系下的礼治秩序),以及社会合作关系下的政治导向。Based on the field studies, combining the factors of moral values of good doctor, social relationships in village, and social historical and political situation, this paper comprehensively analyzes the moral regulation sys tems of maintaining doctor - patient relationship in Beijing village in the Barefoot Doctors period. This systems in clude that ： medical ethics and responsibility and worship of culture in medical services, constraint in social network of acquaintances relationships （ e. g. , moral feelings in family kinship, and ,rule by ＂Li＂ in village ） , and moral surveillance and political guidance under social cooperation.
