摘　　要：在实地调查研究的基础上,对赤脚医生时期的村落医患关系与当下农村医患关系进行比较分析,发现时代的变迁已使村医行医观念受到冲击、医技水平难以满足村民日益增长的健康需求。为了促使农村医患关系和谐,应建立相关机制,正确引导村医行医观念,引入对村医职业道德的考核指标、提升村医医技能力、引导村民树立科学的健康观念。Based on the field studies, this paper compares the doctor patient relationship tors period with that in contemporary villages. It shows that, the value view of village doctors has been challenged in new times because of the time change, and the medical skills of village in the Baretoot Doc in medical practice doctors can not meet the growing health needs of villagers. In order to maintain the harmonious doctor - patient relationship in rural like that in the Barefoot Doctors period, all efforts should be made to properly regulate the value view of village areas doc tors in medical practice, introduce the performance assessment to professional ethics of village doctors, improve the medical skills of village doctors to meet the health needs of villagers, and correctly guide the health concept of vil lagers.
