摘　　要："十二五"时期,科技和金融的结合必然面临更高的目标和要求。绵阳作为科技城,如何站在过去十年建设基础上,先行构建科技金融平台,有效推进科技金融创新,本文对此进行了探讨,并从绵阳促进科技与金融结合的实践与成效出发,总结了其中的经验和问题,进而提出对策建议。In the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ period, the combination of science and technology and finance must face with higher goals and requirements. The paper discusses that as a science and technology city, basing on the previous decade construction, Mi- anyang should build a science and technology and finance platform to effectively promote financial innovation. The paper sums up the experience and problems drew from practice and effectiveness of the integration of science and technology and finance, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
