摘　　要：目前，国内群体性事件出现次数增多和规模扩大趋势，日益成为构建和谐社会的重要制约因素。本文系统梳理了国内外群体性事件研究现状，国内群体性事件研究成果主要集中在群体性事件内涵界定、特点、产生原因、处置基本原则、应对措施、网络舆情传播、网络互动等方面。研究表明，国内群体性事件研究主要还处于定性分析阶段，定量研究方面的成果还非常欠缺。At present, the domestic mass incidents has the trend of increased frequency and scale, increasingly becoming an important constraint to building a harmonious society. This paper systematically comb the status of domestic and foreign mass incidents, domestic mass incidents research is mainly focused on the mass incidents connotation defined ,characteristics, causes, the basic principles of dispose, response measures, the spread of internet public opinion, the network interaction and other aspects. Studies have shown that domestic mass incidents in a qualitative analysis, the results of quantitative research is still very lacking.
